'How are you really?' is a student-run social media campaign launched by a team of first-year university students at SIM-UB as part of our graded assignment for our Interpersonal Communication course.

This social media campaign aimed to promote the 
maintenance of healthy relationships with ourselves and our loved ones during the pandemic, when safety measures are constantly tightened and staying away from our loved ones started to be seen as a way to protect them.

Our campaign included information about the pandemic, mental health statistics throughout this challenging times, safe ways to stay connected with our loved ones as well as healthy habits and self-care tips we could cultivate at home.
